Terms and Conditions for Purchased Product
Approval of product, procedures, processes and equipment required.
Qualification of personnel required.
Quality management system minimum requirement: AS9100, ISO9001 or equivalent.
Comply with the stated revision for specifications, drawings, process requirements, inspection/verification instructions and other relevant technical data required as indicated on Luxia Innovation Purchase Order.
Comply with any applicable requirements for design, test, inspection, verification (including production process verification), statistical techniques for product acceptance, and related instructions for acceptance by Luxia Innovation, and critical items including key characteristics as stated on Luxia Innovation Purchase Order.
Test specimens (e.g., production method, number, storage conditions, flammability testing) for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation or auditing required.
Notify Luxia Innovation of nonconforming product, obtain Luxia Innovation approval for nonconforming product disposition, notify Luxia Innovation of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain Luxia Innovation approval, and flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.
Records retention requirements : 10 years.
Give right of access to Luxia Innovation, their customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.
